Q: Are your rentals clean?
A: Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well-maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned using commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitised. Once the unit is clean, it is inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Q: Do your units contain any lead in the vinyl and are they safe?
A: All of our units are made from 100% lead-free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it is a requirement, and the safety of your children is our number one priority.

Q: What type of parties and events do you provide rentals for?
A: Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selections of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including, but not limited to, birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Q: Can I use a water hose on a bounce house?
A: Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know which water units are available for your event. We do provide a 25ft water hose; if the inflatable is further away, please have an additional water hose available.

Q: Does the rental have to be set up on grass?
A: Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors, with different anchoring systems available for every possible setup. When placing your reservation, please let us know what type of surface your rental will be installed on. Inflatables set up on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables set up on other surfaces or indoors are secured with sandbags.

Q: How do I operate my inflatable?
A: We set everything up, so all you need to do is plug the extension cord into your outlet when you are ready to have fun! For units with a pool, we will fill the pool and connect the water hose to the waterslide. The water should only be turned on very low, just enough for a steady drip onto the slide section. Turning the water on fully may cause it to spray outside the unit.

Q: Do you deliver to my area?
A: We bring the party to SWFL, and delivery charges may apply. We offer free delivery and collection to Lakewood Ranch and surrounding areas, with free delivery available up to 15 miles.

Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?
A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Please remember that prices do not include sales tax.

Q: When do you set up?
A: Generally, we arrive 1–3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call on the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
